All payments made to CapitalDesk Technology LLP for services, subscriptions, consulting, software solutions, or digital products are subject to the terms mentioned below.

By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Duplicate payment made by the client.

Payment made due to technical error.

Service not delivered as per agreed scope (subject to verification).

Cancellation request submitted before the commencement of service.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@capitaldesk.in
within 7 days of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

Change of mind after service initiation.

Delay caused due to incomplete information from the client.

Digital products already delivered.

Services already rendered or partially completed.

Custom development projects once work has started.

Government fees, registration charges, GST, or third-party payments.

4. Subscription Services (If Applicable)

For subscription-based services:

Cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle.

No partial refunds for unused subscription periods.

Once renewed, the subscription amount is non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.

Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.
